Orthokeratology, commonly called Ortho-K, uses specially designed gas permeable contact lenses that are worn overnight. While your child sleeps, the lenses gently reshape the cornea. The lenses are removed in the morning, allowing many patients to see clearly throughout the day without glasses or daytime contacts.
